The center piece of this ornament is a hand rolled piece of vintage Aguayo- The Aguayo is a hand made weave used by women from the Andes region of Argentina. It is woven with wool of llama, alpaca or sheep and it is dyed with natural vibrant colors. These big-squared weaves are used to carry babies and small children on one’s back, to seat, put food, as well as all sorts of products. Colorful and neutral, rich in texture and completely hand made, this ornament is a piece of art.
